Shipping Policy

Our shopping cart system can be used for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. International orders and any orders to Alaska or Hawaii should be placed by phone or e-mail (recommended). Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas. Please take a moment to review our policies before placing your order.

Orders are sent via encrypted secure channels to ensure that no one sees your order but you and us. If you choose not to order through our online shopping cart, you may place your order during business hours by calling our toll-free number at 888-398-1024 or by email thru our contact page (E-mail preferred for International orders). We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping and Handling:
These charges cover the expense of shipping from Dublin Bottling Works. They include shipping or postage fees, packaging, as well as handling and processing orders in our shipping department.

We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). UPS requires a physical address (no P.O. box) to ship and the postal service requires a mailing address. We will provide a tracking number for your convenience. If you are unable to track your shipment, please allow 24 hours for the systems to update and try again.

If you would prefer to require a signature at time of delivery or to insure a package (both are available for an additional fee), please place your order by phone during business hours or by email thru our contact page. Packages not requiring a signature are often left unattended. We are not responsible for theft of unattended deliveries.

It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon receipt. If damages are found, please contact the carrier (UPS or US Postal Service) as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days. A note should be included explaining the reason for the return. Please include your name, address, phone number or other contact information. Credits are made to the original method of payment only. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Exchanges may be made when we receive the item with your explanation and a payment method to cover reshipment charges. Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges on perishables. (drinks, syrup, candy, etc.) Items cannot be returned if they have been washed or worn.
